Hello, I’m Gina Holstien. What began in 2014 with my husband and me buying our first investment property at auction grew into a career built around helping others navigate real estate with confidence.

Those early projects taught us real estate from the ground up: how a home is valued, what repairs are worth making, and where money gets wasted. I still lean on those lessons every time I sit down with a seller.

How I Work

My true passion is helping sellers and buyers through the process, not just the transaction. I believe you make better decisions when you understand your options, so I explain the “why” behind every recommendation, from pricing to repairs to negotiating.

I lead Holstien Properties as designated broker, which means you work directly with me. You get a straight answer, a returned call, and someone who knows your neighborhood.

Rooted in the Bay Area

I’ve called the Clear Lake area home since 2007, where my husband and I are raising our two children. Outside of real estate, you’ll find us traveling, spending time on the water, making memories with friends and family, staying involved in our local church, and volunteering in our community.
