This policy explains what information Holstien Properties, LLC ("we," "us") collects through holstienproperties.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

  • Information you give us. When you fill out a form (home valuation, consultation, buyer or contact form), we collect what you enter, such as your name, phone number, email, property address and details, timeline, and your message.
  • Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and to keep the site running. We may also use analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site and which pages and campaigns bring inquiries.
  • Embedded videos. Our pages include YouTube videos. YouTube (Google) may set cookies and collect information when you watch them, under Google’s own privacy policy.

How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to your request and provide real estate services you ask about.
  • To contact you by phone, text or email about your request, with your consent.
  • To improve our website and understand which pages and marketing campaigns are working.
  • To protect the site from spam and abuse, and to meet legal and regulatory obligations.

How We Share It

We do not sell your personal information or share it for others' marketing purposes. We share information only with service providers that help us operate (for example, website hosting, email delivery and our customer relationship management system), when you ask us to (for example, with a lender or title company in your transaction), or when required by law.

Text Messages

If you agree to be contacted by text, message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of any purchase or service.

How Long We Keep It

We keep your information as long as needed to respond to you and serve you as a client, and as required by law or real estate recordkeeping rules. Form submissions stored on the website itself are deleted automatically after a short period once they have been delivered to us.

Your Choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing texasrealtorgina@gmail.com or calling 281-841-4037.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
